Refund Policy

Peace & Prosperity Wellness is a division of Naturally Sams LLC. This Refund Policy applies to all services, programs, and products offered under Peace & Prosperity Wellness.
Please review carefully before purchasing.
Coaching Services (Individual & Couples & Families)
All coaching services, consultations, intensives, and packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.
By purchasing a session or package, you are reserving dedicated time, preparation, and professional expertise.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
Coaching packages are non-refundable regardless of usage.
Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24-hour notice at the discretion of Peace & Prosperity Wellness.
Group Empowerment Programs
Young, Crowned & Confident
Enrollment in Young, Crowned & Confident secures your participant’s seat, materials, and program preparation.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date may receive a refund minus a $150 administrative and materials fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the program start date will incur a $100 fee.
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.
Program fees are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.
Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable journals, workbooks, guides, and templates) are final sale and non-refundable due to instant access upon purchase.
Merchandise & Physical Products
All merchandise and physical products are non-refundable once delivered.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate prior to purchase.
Shipping & Packaging Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Peace & Prosperity Wellness and Naturally Sams LLC are not responsible for carrier-related delays, damage, or packaging issues.
If your package arrives damaged:
A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Peace & Prosperity Wellness does not issue refunds for shipping damage or carrier mishandling.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to provide documentation of your agreement to these terms.
